Do you offer samples before a mass order?
Yes. We recommend ordering production samples first so you can verify material feel, printing and zipper quality. Sample cost is credited against your first bulk order.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is typically 500–1,000 pieces per model for standard economy bags and lower for selected stock models. Mixed-size and mixed-model orders are welcome to reach MOQ.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T is standard (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy). L/C at sight is available for larger or regular orders, and PayPal/Wise for samples.
What are typical lead times?
Stock models: 7–15 days. Standard production: 2–4 weeks after deposit and artwork approval. Larger or custom orders are confirmed in writing.
Can you customise size, colour and print?
Yes — we offer custom dimensions, custom colours, logo/biohazard printing and private-label packaging. Send your drawing or just your requirement; our engineers will advise on feasibility.
Which body bag materials are cremation-safe?
Chlorine-free PVC-free options such as our scrim-supported poly, PEVA and reinforced-PE ranges are safe for cremation processes. Chlorine-free material is clearly stated in every specification.
