Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern quotations, orders and the supply of products by bodybags001 to business customers. Please read them before placing an order.
1. Quotations & acceptance
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specification described. An order is binding only after written confirmation by bodybags001 and receipt of the agreed deposit.
2. Samples & approval
Where samples are supplied, the customer is responsible for approving material, colour, printing and dimensions in writing before mass production. Mass production assumes such approval.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise. Standard payment is 30% deposit with the balance before shipment or against B/L copy, subject to the commercial agreement for each order.
4. Production & lead times
Lead times are estimates confirmed in writing. Delays caused by force majeure, raw-material supply or third-party logistics do not constitute breach of contract.
5. Inspection & claims
The customer should inspect goods at shipment or on receipt. Claims for defects must be raised within 15 days of receipt, supported by photos, before any remedy is agreed.
6. Product use disclaimer
Products are manufactured for professional use in compliance with applicable standards at the time of production. The customer is responsible for ensuring suitability for its intended local use and regulations.
